Absolute lifesaving angles! I desperately reached out to Rachel and Carol in hopes of a quick sale while listing under not-so-great circumstances. Without getting into too much detail, I gave them quite the challenge. While I was not so hopeful, they happily took on the challenge with zero hesitation. Within 7 days they had it staged, photographed, beautiful flyers made, and an entire to do list checked off that they mainly did themselves, and listed!! House went live on a Thursday evening around 5pm. That same night a showing was already set for the next moring at 11am. That same Friday an offer was already put in. Even though there was an active offer Rachel still took her time and went through with the open house we had scheduled for that Saturday. That offer ended up being the new owners of the home and it was less than 24 hours after the listing went live. These ladies really take pride in their work. Whatever needs to be done they are extremely hands on and not afraid to do what it takes to get the job done. I can't thank these ladies enough and will be referring them to anyone I know. I'm excited in hopes to use them in the near future.
